Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bringing the authentic sauna experience home.
How long does it take for my sauna to heat up?
Most of our traditional saunas reach the ideal operating temperature of 150-175°F within 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature and sauna size.
What are the electrical requirements for installation?
While our smaller models may use a standard 110V outlet, most full-sized saunas require a dedicated 220V, 30-amp or 40-amp circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
How is the sauna delivered to my home?
Your sauna will arrive via a common carrier truck, typically packed in a large crate. The driver will perform a curbside delivery using a liftgate to safely lower the unit to the ground.
Can I install an outdoor sauna on any surface?
Outdoor saunas should be placed on a firm, level surface such as a concrete pad, paver stones, or a reinforced wooden deck to ensure structural integrity and proper drainage.
What kind of maintenance does a cedar sauna require?
Natural cedar is highly resistant to decay. We recommend a light sanding of the interior benches every year and ensuring the sauna is allowed to dry completely after each use with the door slightly ajar.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
