Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to ensure the continued quality of our handcrafted products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare for Shipment
Carefully repackage the sauna in its original crates or packaging, ensuring all components, hardware, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage and completeness, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
